Voices are loud d but never physically outside my ears. I always jolt out i of my sleep, with whatever was last "said" ringing through my head like a shotgun fire. It's horrible v because I'm usually not inl i only feeling like my brain is in on meltd down, but the voices and sounds are always sou ooo loud. Ver y weird .
